Mission

UNCORKgenius is a prayer-coaching ministry with an emphasis on creative strategies for healing.

Vision

Though we provide member services, our larger mission is training prayer-coaching leaders.

Values

UNCORKgenius is a Christ-centered ministry, but includes members from varied backgrounds. These include:

  • religious (e.g., Catholic, Protestant, non-religious, and many others)

  • political (e.g., Republican, Democrat, Independent, and non-political)

  • ethnicity, age, cultures, etc. — all are welcome!

Best Practices

Because no one person shares all values with others, we foster an healthy environment where members can share their unique contributions insofar as central unity is intact. We insist the common foundation is the love of God via Christ.

Standards of Conduct

Naturally, we require confidentiality, integrity, transparency in our community life, (Yet we are also aware — especially due to modern tech — we cannot be responsible for enforcing all standards.)

We are always gathering important feedback from our supporters to optimize the mission.

Core Spiritual Positions

We believe:

  • In the one perfect God of supernatural love.

  • Christ is author, director, lead character of the epic human romantic story.

  • Christ gave his life for us and is resurrected.

  • Christ lives in all, though awareness, response, and commitment vary. (Acts 17:28)

  • A person’s spirit-life is first between the person and God first.

  • Credit and responsibility for a one’s connection with God lies with the person.

  • One’s best life comes by emphasizing of God’s love for us before our love of God.

  • Interactive two-way relations with God is normal and essential for all.

  • Community life is normal and essential for health relating to God, as parts of a body.

  • In the special presence of the Holy Spirit revealed at Pentecost.

  • The Bible and the church are inspired where there is life from the Holy Spirit.

  • In biblical Christian tradition God is three persons in one divine family life:  Father, Mother, Son.

  • The maternal Spirit births regular special supernatural, interactive gifts supporting the love of God.

  • Gifts include: prophecy, visions, dreams, healing, tongues, discernment of spirits et al.

  • That there are dark spirit ex-angelic enemies of God that are defeated via spiritual warfare.

  • As a bridegroom, God is a romantic who rescues his bride.

  • Heaven is the perfect paradise of God’s presence. 

  • God’s love is our all in all.
