MY PROMISES
When you feel alone, and ask “Where did you go, Lord?”, know that your trust in Me is an essential gift, given to help you survive the times between My promises and their fulfillment. I have not forgotten My promise to you, even when you choose to shelve it in your mind.
Beware of how the devil tries to steal the seed of promise. Every person without hope withers, but the promises of God bring life.
Once the seed has died and you have fully sown the issue to Me, there’s no reason for angst. “Fear not, only believe.” (Mark 5:36) My sovereignty will resurrect it into fruition. I know you earnestly desire this and have sacrificed much comfort for the reward.
Before the upcoming harvest arrives, consider the changes necessary to receive it. This may include a grateful heart, releasing anxieties, and surrendering meager expectations for Heaven-sent gifts. Extract joy from whatever circumstances you find yourself in. Most importantly, receive My loving presence in the current moment, as the transcendent reality that surpasses all future temporal expectations.
Your entire life is a promise, one that I beautifully knit together long before you had time to worry about it. You play a part in its coming to pass, but only to the extent that I allow it.
My present love will sustain you as you flow toward the future I Am has set before you. There is only one direction for you, and that is forward into the fulfillment of My Spirit.
