Meeting Checklist Reminders
Did the meeting have a good spirit?
Did participants give good feedback?
Do the participants know where to go to get more info?
Did the meeting start on time?
Did the meeting “technically” end on-time — and then people were invited to informally stay?

Running a Zoom Meeting
Thanks for leading! Open up the Zoom application on your Desktop (or phone) and enter these credentials above for username and password. This account can be used anytime there is not a Cohort meeting. If there is a conflict please let us know and we can arrange an alternative.
To start and share the meeting:
a.) if the meeting was previously scheduled and posted in Facebook, open the Zoom app, go to the top bar, and select Meetings. Then go to the time scheduled and when the meeting is ready to begin hit Start.
b.) if the meeting was not previously scheduled, open the Zoom app, go to the top bar, and select Home. Then below select New Meeting. After it starts, in the upper left corner, select the small green icon about Meeting Information, then select Copy Link and you can send that out in Facebook.
Remember: the password for those joining in is above — and is different from your password as a leader.
If you need to share the both the screen and the sound, once the meeting has started go to the bottom of the screen and select Share Screen. Then
Select "Share Screen" at the bottom middle of Zoom window.
At the top the Zoom will display that the screen is being shared. Then at the top, mouse-over the text that says “You are screen sharing” and a new top menu will appear. Go to the right of that menu, and the "more" button will appear.
Hit "More" and go down to select "Share Sound"
Zoom Tech Notes
The meeting has no time limit. Party on. (Free accounts can also be used, but there is a 40min limit — so longer meetings have to be restarted.)
The meeting initiator (the host), can assign a “co-host” which has the same privileges so that the host can leave, if desired.
You can have up to 100 people (!) and display 50.
Account preferences are set so that anyone can share their screen, if needed, but the host can block if necessary.
Obviously we don’t encourage screen recording (which only the host/co-host can do via Zoom), but if the group wants to, the recorded video or audio be saved to the Zoom cloud (not anyone’s desktop) and then shared from there. Files are auto-deleted after 30 days. (Certainly anyone can film the video and audio from their phone/desktop, which everyone knows, so this is just a reminder to be savvy about social media.)
Let us know if there’s an account preference you want edited, but it should be good to go. Zoom is stable, but can be tweaked.
Important extra visuals such a mustache, are accessible under the “up arrow” icon, next to “Stop Video” -- then Video Settings -- Background and Filters -- Video Filters. (The Brownie Bear is officially approved by UNCORKgenius.com)
God’s best favor to you! And thanks in advance for praying for the ministry.

LIVE IN MY PRESENCE
Be encouraged to be confident when you speak, for My Spirit resides within you. As you surrender your life and your days to Me, know that I work My supernatural presence in and around you to touch others in unexpected ways.
My presence in you is a proclamation of who I am to those who seek Me at all levels of need, directly and indirectly.
Your words are only a part of the truth of who I am—but it is your Spirit-filled being that shines My light.
Live My love, be it comfort, correction, encouragement, joy, hope, power. Assume your surrendered vessel is a contagious instrument to bring out more Heaven on earth. Therefore, speak forth the life within, no matter how small you may deem that to be.
With “I in you and you in Me” you are able to live My presence.

“May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.”
